Uniform Commercial Code; removes provision requiring certain records to be filed with Dept. of State; requires governing body of Seminole Tribe of Florida or Miccosukee Tribe of Indians to file certain records with central filing office; provides for discharge of claim or right under certain circumstances; amends provision re Fla. Secured Transaction Registry; extends time that financing statement filed under previous law is effective, etc. Amends FS.
