PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by King ; Smith

Public Records; creates exemption from public-records requirements for record consisting of any photograph or video recording of remains of victim of crime which is criminal intelligence or criminal investigative information; requires that certain persons be given reasonable notice of petition filed with court to inspect or copy record, copy of petition, & reasonable notice of opportunity to be present & heard at any hearing on matter, etc. Amends 119.071.
