CS/CS/SB 2048: Education
GENERAL BILL by Education Appropriations
Education; provides guidelines for implementing E-COMP plan or comparable performance pay plan, policy, or rule adopted by State Board of Education after specified date; specifies that mission of state's K-20 education system is to provide rigorous & relevant learning opportunities for students; provides that opening date for school year may not be earlier than specified date, etc. Amends FS.
