GENERAL BILL by Bogdanoff ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Davis ; Zapata

Driver License Services/Outsourcing; directs HSMV to study outsourcing its driver license services; provides definition; requires that dept. submit report to Governor & Legislature by specified date; provides requirements for dept. re issues to be included in study; requires cost-benefit analysis & transition & implementation plan; authorizes dept. to contract with any county constitutional officer for driver license services in certain counties, etc. Amends 318.15, 322.02,.135.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
