Sales Tax Exemptions/Machinery; provides legislative findings & purpose; deletes annual limitation on exemption from sales tax for certain machinery & equipment used to increase productive output; deletes exemption for machinery & equipment used to expand certain printing manufacturing facilities or plant units; repeals provision re qualifications for exemption & credit for machinery & equipment purchased by expanding business, etc. Amends Ch. 212. APPROPRIATION: $222,946.
