GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations Committee ; Rivera ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bogdanoff

Administrative Procedures; revises duties of Administrative Procedures Committee re its review of statutes; requires an agency to file notice of change with said committee; provides exception to term "administrative determination" for purposes of rule adoption; provides requirements for Internet website; provides for equitable tolling as defense to untimely filing of petition, etc. Amends 11.60, 57.111, Ch. 120.
