Foreign Language Court Interpreters; requires Supreme Court to establish standards & procedures for qualifications, certification, conduct, discipline, & training of appointed foreign language court interpreters; requires Supreme Court to set fees for certification applications; specifies use & deposit of such fees; authorizes Supreme Court to appoint or employ personnel for certain administration assistance purposes.
