GENERAL BILL by Peterman
Hospital County Reimbursement; authorizes county hospital or hospital district to request reimbursement of costs of care incurred for indigent person from person's county of residence; requires county of residence to reimburse hospital or hospital district for costs of care for indigent persons within certain number of days following date of request. Creates 154.317.
