Specialty License Plates [EPCC]; discontinues annual use fee for Girl Scout license plate; increases annual use fee for Sea Turtle & Fla. Sheriffs Youth Ranches license plates; establishes annual use fees for Fla. NASCAR, Corrections Foundation, Protect Fla. Springs, Trees Are Cool, & Support Our Troops license plates; authorizes use of specified percentage of proceeds from sale of Fla. Educational license plate for marketing & promotion expenses, etc. Amends Ch. 320.

Effective Date: 10/01/2007 except as otherwise provided
