RV Manufacturers/Distributors/Dealers/Importers [EPCC]; provides requirements for manufacturer/dealer agreement; provides requirements & procedures for termination, cancellation, or nonrenewal of manufacturer/dealer agreement by manufacturer or dealer; provides for change in ownership by dealer; provides for dealer to name family member as successor in case of retirement, incapacitation, or death of dealer, etc. Creates 320.3201-.3211; amends 320.8225.
