GENERAL BILL by Margolis

Prisoners/Mental Health Treatment [SPCC]; provides that prisoner in county or municipal detention facility who has capacity to make informed decision re his or her mental health treatment must be asked to give express & informed consent for treatment of mental illness; describes conditions & criteria that must be met if county or municipal detention facility involuntarily treats prisoners who have mental illness, etc. Creates 951.271.
