Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund [FPCC]; provides for use of certain funds received from regulation of slot machine facilities; requires that unappropriated funds in excess of incurred obligations & funds necessary for cash flow in subsequent year be deposited into General Revenue Fund at end of fiscal year. Amends 550.135.
