Financial Services [EPCC]; authorizes certain entities to offer optional guaranteed asset protection products under certain circumstances; includes debt cancellation products under casualty insurance; authorizes machine owners or operators to impose access fees or surcharges for machine use; authorizes state-mandated endowment to be maintained in trust accounts in financial institutions, etc. Amends Chs. 520, 624, 627, 655, 658.
