Ad Valorem Tax Repeal/Sales Tax Revision/Bonds; Proposes amendments to the State Constitution to prohibit ad valorem taxes on real estate and tangible personal property and repeal provisions relating to such taxation to conform; to provide for revising by general law the state sales and use tax rate to generate in the first year after enactment revenues equal to the total revenues from the sales and use tax and ad valorem taxes in the year preceding enactment, adjust the rate each year, etc.
