GENERAL BILL by Hudson

Condominium Associations; Specifies that requirements relating to acquisition & maintenance of adequate insurance apply to all residential condominiums; revises provisions relating to condominium & condominium owner insurance coverage; authorizes condominium association or group of associations to provide adequate hazard insurance through self-insurance fund; requires insurance coverage or bonding of certain persons with respect to association funds, etc.
