GENERAL BILL by Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gibson ; Hooper

Public Safety; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H1107 & H1351) Provides that only indigent sexual predators may defer certain costs; revises provisions relating to residence of sexual predators; specifies residency distance limitations for persons convicted of certain sexual offenses & preempts local ordinances; provides additional residency restrictions on certain offenders, etc.
