Agency Inspectors General [RPCC]; Provides definitions; requires agency inspectors general to comply with certain principles & standards; requires inspector general to submit findings of audits & investigations to specified persons or entities if such findings are not exempt from disclosure; requires responses to findings within 20 working days; requires agencies under Governor to notify Chief Inspector General of inspector general appointments & terminations, etc.
