GENERAL BILL by Atwater
Controlled Substances [SPCC]; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1550 & S2724) Requires the DOH to establish an electronic system to monitor the prescribing and dispensing of controlled substances listed in Schedule II, Schedule III, or Schedule IV in two counties. Requires the DOH to implement the expansion of the system to the remaining counties in the state. Requires certain pharmacists or practitioners to submit information in a certain format, etc.
