GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Constantine

University Fees/Undergraduate Tuition Differential [SPCC]; Modifies the criteria for establishing a uniform maximum undergraduate tuition differential. Requires that freshmen entering a postsecondary institution after a specified date who exceed 150 percent of the number of credit hours required to receive a degree must pay an increase of 50 percent per credit hour above the normal in-state tuition rate. Requires the DOE to develop a performance-based methodology for community colleges, etc.
