Implementing the 2008-2009 Appropriations Act [FPCC]; Implements 2008-2009 General Appropriations Act; incorporates by reference certain calculations of Florida Education Finance Program for 2008-2009 fiscal year; requires that funds appropriated for forensic mental health treatment services be allocated to areas of state having greatest demand for services & treatment capacity; provides for certain reimbursement for travel expenses of Supreme Court justices, etc.
