Missing Persons/Investigation [SPCC]; Cites this act as the "Jennifer Kesse and Tiffany Sessions Missing Persons Act." Requires law enforcement agencies to adopt written policies and procedures to be used when investigating missing children and missing adult reports. Requires the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction to accept and file the report. Provides a timeframe for transmitting the report to state and national databases, etc.
