GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Regulated Industries ; Community Affairs ; Constantine

Building Code Standards [RPCC]; Revises provisions authorizing the use of solar collectors and other energy devices. Revises requirements for the future land use element of a local comprehensive plan to include energy-efficient land use patterns and greenhouse gas reduction strategies. Requires the installation of carbon monoxide detectors in certain new hospitals, hospice and nursing home facilities, etc.
