CS/CS/SB 1156: Florida Renewable Energy Trust Fund/FECC [EPSC]
TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Communications, Energy, and Public Utilities ; King
Florida Renewable Energy Trust Fund/FECC [EPSC]; Creates said trust fund within the Florida Energy and Climate Commission. Requires that the commission administer the fund. Provides that moneys deposited into the fund be from federal grants for renewable energy, general revenue appropriations, and other sources designated by law. Provides a purpose for the fund. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2009 if enacted by 3/5ths vote of the Legislature
