CS/CS/SB 1898: Water Management Districts [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation

Water Management Districts [EPSC]; Reenacts specified provisions relating to the creation of the water management districts, pursuant to the provisions of the Florida Government Accountability Act. Redesignates the Florida Public Service Commission Nominating Council as the "Legislative Nominating Council". Authorizes certain chairs of committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives to submit comments and objections to proposed district budgets, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
