Obsolete or Outdated Agency Plans/Reports/Programs [GPSC]; Repeals a provision relating to the Florida State Commission on Hispanic Affairs. Revises reporting requirements of the Citizen's Assistance Office. Repeals a provision relating to the Florida Commission on African-American Affairs. Repeals a provision relating to the Florida Legal Resource Center. Revises the recipients of the annual report of trust funds by the Chief Financial Officer, etc.
