GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden
Child Welfare/Mental Health and Substance Abuse [WPSC]; Limits state agency contract monitoring to once every 3 years if the contracted provider is subject to accreditation surveys by specified accreditation organizations. Allows the establishment of an Internet-based data warehouse to maintain the records of contract providers. Creates a family needs assistance referral pilot program. Provides funding requirements for contracts for foster care and related services, etc.
