Career Education; Revises career & education planning course for middle grades promotion; provides requirements for high school career diploma; requires student & parent to agree in writing to requirements of career diploma track; specifies 24 credits that must be successfully completed to receive career diploma; requires intensive reading course or remediation in mathematics for student who does not meet certain academic standards; provides strategies to enable exceptional student to meet graduation requirements for career diploma, etc.
