GENERAL BILL by Gonzalez
Job Creation; Revises payment & distribution of funds in Cigarette Tax Collection Trust Fund for specified purposes; authorizes moneys transferred to Board of Directors of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute to be used to secure financing to pay costs for specified purposes at certain facilities & other properties; authorizes tax credits against sales tax for qualified businesses located in enterprise program zones; provides for transfer of certain sales tax increment revenues from General Revenue Fund to Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities; provides for distribution from Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities relating to increase in sales tax collections over preceding year to governing body of area that receives tax increment revenues pursuant to designation as sales tax increment district; authorizes tax credits against corporate income taxes & insurance premium taxes for startup costs of child care facilities for employees of corporation or insurer & for payments to child care facility for benefit of employees of corporation or insurer; authorizes tax credits against corporate income tax for qualified businesses located in enterprise program zones; authorizes sales tax credit for job creation; provides for eligibility, application, certification, carryforward, & expiration of various tax credits; revises provisions relating to unemployment compensation, barbering, cosmetology, & contracting for purposes of job creation.
