Resident Status for Tuition Purposes; Revising certain residency requirements for a dependent child; prohibiting denial of classification as a resident for tuition purposes based on certain immigration status; revising provisions relating to required documentation as evidence of residency; providing a fee exemption for students with certain immigration status who meet specified requirements; authorizing state universities and Florida College System institutions to adopt fee and tuition waivers based on certain student eligibility, etc.
