SB 936: Citizens Property Insurance Corporation

Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Expanding an exemption from the requirements of that section which applies to the corporation to exempt additional specified activities of the corporation; requiring the corporation’s plan of operation to adopt a program that facilitates the removal of risks in which the corporation offers reinsurance to authorized insurers that are willing to assume risks from the corporation; providing that if the corporation is the reinsurer, all forms and endorsements must be approved by the Office of Insurance Regulation, etc.
