Fees/Expunction of Certain Criminal History Records; Requiring applicants for a certificate of eligibility for expunction of certain criminal history records to pay a specified fee to the Department of Law Enforcement for placement in a specified trust fund, etc.
        
        Effective Date: On the same date that SB 776 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
