Corrections; Revising provisions relating to deferral of prepayment of court costs and fees for indigent prisoners for actions involving challenges to prison disciplinary reports; providing for a 1-year period of limitation for bringing certain actions relating to the condition of confinement of prisoners; requiring exhaustion of administrative remedies before certain actions concerning confinement of prisoners may be brought; requiring a court to impose consecutive terms of imprisonment if the offender is convicted of multiple specified felony offenses, etc.
