Entities that Boycott Israel; Requiring the public fund to make its best efforts to identify certain institutions, organizations, agencies, governments, and other entities in which the public fund has direct or indirect holdings; requiring the public fund to compile and make available the Scrutinized Companies or Other Entities that Boycott Israel List; requiring applicants to sign a certification form attesting they comply with specified antidiscrimination laws and do not engage in antisemitic discrimination, etc.
