GENERAL BILL by Business Regulation & Consumer Affairs ; Health Care Licensing & Regulation ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ogles ; Villalobos ; Kelly ; Harrington ; Morroni ; Minton ; Healey ; Heyman ; Ritter

Health Care Practitioners/Regulation; provides for clinical trials to be conducted on use of drug Secretin by nonprofit provider; provides that Health Dept., or regulatory board, rather than AHCA, may impose administrative fine against any health care provider who fails to make available to patients a summary of their rights as required by law; provides authority to department when there is no board to determine by rule amount of license fees for profession regulated, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
