GENERAL BILL by Myers
Department of Health; transfers powers, duties, functions, & funds of CFS Dept. re alcohol, drug abuse, & mental health programs, including mental health institutions, to Health Dept.; authorizes Health Dept. to organize & classify positions transferred; establishes within Health Dept. a Mental Health Div. & Substance Abuse Div.; conforms provisions; provides requirements in HMO contracts for coverage of certain services, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $150,000.
