GENERAL BILL by Transportation

Public Records/Toll Facility Charges; amends provision which provides exemption from public-records requirements for personal identifying information given to specified entities for purpose of prepaying electronic-toll-facility charges by check, credit card, or charge card; abrogates repeal thereof scheduled under Open Government Sunset Review Act of 1995. Amends 338.155(6).
