DBPR/Regulation & Duties; renames Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Division as Condominiums, Timeshare, & Mobile Homes Division; provides for registration of talent agencies in lieu of licensure; creates Barbering & Cosmetology Board; revises requirements re education for licensure as architect; revises provisions re civil remedies available to colleges & universities for violation of athletic agent regulations, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $440,626.
