Fla. Clean Indoor Air Act; revises various provisions of said act for purpose of implementing s. 20, Art. X of State Constitution; revises exceptions to prohibition on smoking in enclosed indoor workplace; provides for continuation of requirements re posting of signs stating that smoking is not permitted in indoor workplace; requires proprietor or person in charge of enclosed indoor workplace to develop & implement policy re smoking prohibitions, etc. Amends Ch. 386.
