GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Transportation ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Siplin ; Bullard

Transportation Dept./Reorganization; provides for reorganization of Transportation Dept.; provides for issuing citations for toll violations by first class mail; revises provisions for exemption from specified notification requirements for commercial motor vehicles carrying hazardous materials; revises length limitations for certain commercial vehicles; revises provisions for airport site approval & licensing; provides for Strategic Intermodal System Plan, etc. Amends FS.
