CS/SB 1092: Mammograms/Health Insurance Coverage
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Saunders
Mammograms/Health Insurance Coverage; amends provisions re health insurance policy coverage for mammograms; deletes provisions expressing legislative intent that requirements for such coverage conform to specified practice parameters; repeals provision which requires that AHCA develop, endorse, & implement such parameters. Amends 627.6418,.6613; repeals 408.02.
