Long-term-care Service Delivery; requires Elderly Affairs Dept. to report to Governor & Legislature results of department's monitoring of activities of area agencies on aging; requires said dept. & AHCA to develop integrated long-term-care service-delivery system; requires pilot projects for aging resource centers; establishes memory disorder clinic at hospital in Pinellas Co.; prescribes duties of agency with respect to limiting diversion provider network, etc. Amends FS.
