Health Professions Regulation; requires copies of adverse incident reports to be forwarded to Medical Quality Assurance Div. of DOH; provides for content of continuing education to include domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, & prevention of medical errors; consolidates & revises provisions re requirements for licensure of physicians; provides additional requirements for community pharmacy permit, etc. Amends FS.
