GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Saunders

Health Care; deletes requirements for DOH to administer electronic continuing education tracking system for health care practitioners; provides for enforcement of continuing education requirements required for license renewal; requires that recipient of funds from Emergency Medical Services TF return unexpended funds to DOH at end of grant period; authorizes electronic submission of application for certification as EMT or paramedic, etc. Amends FS.
