CS/CS/HB 443: Mobile & Manufactured Homes
GENERAL BILL by Russell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kosmas
Mobile & Manufactured Homes; deletes requirement that manufacturer's certificate of origin be recorded with clerk of court in order for HSMV to retire title to mobile home; requires that mobile & manufactured homes sold in this state be constructed to meet certain standards; amends provision re Hurricane Loss Mitigation Program, to extend repeal date of said section, etc. Amends Ch. 320, 319.261, 215.559.
