GENERAL BILL by Murman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bendross-Mindingall ; Homan ; Kallinger ; Murzin ; Sobel

Services for the Elderly; requires facilities to conduct resident elopement drills; allows contracting for certain CARES program functions; requires annual study on individuals diverted from nursing home placement; requires development of managed care delivery system for Medicaid services; requires integration of certain home & community-based Medicaid waiver programs; designates a Memory Disorder Clinic, etc. Amends Chs. 400, 409, 430, 1004.
