GENERAL BILL by Goodlette ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bilirakis ; Goldstein ; Hasner

Viatical Settlements; specifies nonapplication of certain exemptions to viatical settlement investments; authorizes Financial Services Commission to adopt rules establishing requirements & standards for disclosures & records re viatical settlement investments; requires commission to establish by rule rules of conduct & prohibited business practices for investment advisers & associated persons, etc. Amends Chs. 517, 626, 624.501.
