Disposition of Unclaimed Property; provides definitions; specifies communication by documented telephone contact to avoid presumption of certain property being unclaimed; decreases time period for presumption of stock, equity interest, & certain debt of business association being unclaimed; provides additional exception to reporting of unclaimed property; revises requirements & procedures for claims by beneficiaries of deceased owners of said property, etc. Amends Ch. 717.
