Juvenile Justice; creates minimum-risk nonresidential restrictiveness level; provides that child may be taken into custody for absconding from nonresidential commitment facility; provides secure detention for children awaiting minimum-risk placement who violate home or nonsecure detention or electronic monitoring; requires parents to pay fees for costs of supervision re minimum-risk nonresidential commitment, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $256,576.
