GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Riding on Exterior/Vehicles; removes exception to prohibition of persons riding on exterior of passenger vehicle; revises exceptions to prohibition of persons riding on any vehicle on area of vehicle not designed or intended for use of passengers; prohibits operator from allowing certain minors to ride within open body of pickup truck or flatbed truck; provides exceptions; provides penalties; provides for counties to be exempted from act. Amends 316.2015.
