Interstate Compact for Juveniles; revises provisions of former Interstate Compact on Juveniles; provides for Interstate Commission for Juveniles; provides for oversight, enforcement, & dispute resolution by Interstate Commission; provides for activities of said commission to be financed by annual assessment from each compacting state; requires member states to create State Council for Interstate Juvenile Supervision; provides for future legislative review & repeal, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 07/01/2005 except as otherwise provided
